Not like anyone that wasn’t a friend saw the old look, but it was for sure needed. We went from black text on a white page to black text on a white page with design. About time, too, since I’ve been wanting to advertise this website to LinkedIn.
I honestly went for the first highly recommended theme that I saw when learning more about WordPress. Since it looks like WordPress is mostly used for businesses, it was a bit tricky to find a theme that was simplistic and not over-the-top for a personal website. Luckily, the Blocksy theme was exactly what I needed: nothing overly complicated and nothing terribly simple.
I’m bound to work on the looks of this website some more, but as it stands, I think it’s ready to be shown to everybody around!
